Returns and Exchanges

In-Store Return Policy

  • All in-store sales are final.

    •  If for any reason the merchandise is damaged/defective from before purchasing, we will refund or replace your damaged product with a original receipt precent.

Online Return Policy

  • Candy Machine guarantees all products we sell at our online store to be only the highest quality and 100% free from defects of workmanship. If for any reason there is a defect, we will gladly replace or refund the defective item. All items are checked for damages before they are shipped. We are not responsible for damages to shipping boxes or the contents once they are shipped. Bulk Candy are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.

    • Return Limitiations​

      • Items must be returned within 7 days from date of purchase.

      • Edible items that have been opened may not be returned.

      • If items are defective, you can throw the defective item away and we will send a replacement right away!

      • Items that have been altered or washed in anyway cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

      • Items purchased from our online store cannot be exchanged or returned at our store locations.

  • Did not order what you expected?/Changed your mind about your order?

    • No problem! As long as you send back the item as it was sent to you, we will refund your purchase excluding all shipping costs. ​

  • Did you receive the wrong items?

    • At absolutely no cost to you, we will send you the right order​, keep the wrong order or throw away.
